Returns Policy for Bespoke Luxury Goods
No general right of return for custom-made items
Our products are made to your specifications. As bespoke luxury goods, there is no general right of return. Returns or exchanges are excluded unless the product is defective.
Order review and confirmation
Before production, you will receive a detailed order confirmation. Please review it carefully. After approval, no changes or cancellations are possible.
Returns in case of defects or transport damage
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will—case by case—provide:
- Repair/remedy
- Replacement if repair is not possible
- Refund where no other solution is feasible
Report defects within 5 days of receipt by email, including photos.
Return procedure
Falls eine Rücksendung genehmigt wird:
- Contact us first for return instructions.
- Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer; for acknowledged defects we cover these costs.
Warranty
We provide a 2-year statutory warranty for material and manufacturing defects under Art. 197 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO).
